The City of Vaughan, Ontario is a thriving multicultural community located 25 minutes north of Downtown Toronto. It is one of the fastest growing cities in Southern Ontario with a current population exceeding 310,000 people. The population has grown 6.2% since 2011. Vaughan is the 17th largest municipality in all of Canada. Go-To Developments recognizes Vaughan’s need for medium-density housing resulting in the initiation of our Vaughan Project.
The concept plan can be found below:

The City of Vaughan is located within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Downtown Toronto is just 25 minutes from the location of the project. Surrounding the project is an extensive amount of amenities including Costco, Ikea, Walmart, York University, major banks, and Vaughan Mills shopping centre. There are multiple schools within walking distance of the property; Vaughan Secondary School and Pine Grove Public School, however, Vaughan's transit system (York Region Transit) has two bus stops conveniently located one minute away from the property. As for transportation, there are three 400-series highways within proximity to the project along with the newly built Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station; giving Vaughan residents access to the TTC's Spadina Subway line.
βThe opening of the subway extension will continue the transformation we are seeing in the VMC and across our growing city. Mass rapid transit is an investment in our future, one that promises economic prosperity through advancements in business development and quality of life. By connecting Vaughan to surrounding communities, our city is becoming an even more highly sought-after destination in the GTA.β
